Helping Missionaries with Converge get to Cameroon!

After taking the biggest faith step of our ministry, we are now serving with Global Service Network.  If you missed the announcement in our last newsletter, you’ll find it at www.wolbrinkfamily.com.  Thank you to so many who have already transitioned your giving.

We’re praying that our new ministry platform will allow us to help many more organizations.  One organization we’re setting our sights on right now is Converge Worldwide (previously known as Baptist General Conference).  Last September, I joined their missionary training event in Orlando to help them get started with our software.  Since then, we’ve been exploring ways to further help their missionaries.

Oliver and Karissa Haumann, missionaries with Converge, are raising funds to serve in Cameroon to start a physical therapy practice at a local hospital.  They will be building relationships to share the good news among the Fulbe people.  I recently helped them get past a technical issue.  Afterwards, they mentioned, “We love your software for all the help it is to us … Thanks for being part of the body of Christ that helps us out.”

Our next step is to help Converge adapt our software to fit their existing systems.  This will enable missionaries like Oliver and Karissa to get instant notification of gifts to their ministry, thank their partners quickly and stay focused on their mission.  Please pray for this important work ahead of us in 2015!

We are so grateful for each and every one of you who have faithfully helped us to make this ministry possible.  Your prayers and your giving this past year have allowed us to focus completely on what God has called us to do.  We can’t describe how much this means to us.
